Back in January we conducted our first survey of community users to learn more about what you appreciate about, and want from, the MapD Community. We also asked a few questions about your use of our products. Our main learning was that this forum and github are the most valuable tools, so our main action was to move from informal answering of those issues to more regular triage. Thanks to the efforts of MapD employees, community members, and our triage efforts, we now consistently achieve a turnaround of 1 business day.
